PROCESS

Does everyone understand how we do business today? What is our objective? Is there a need for re-design? Are we going to include any new partners or team members? How do we measure success? Are we going to have a corporate standard, or are we setting up project standards? How much flexibility will we allow?

Automating a process that is ill-defined is a sure recipe for chaos, rework, and poor adoption. Our approach makes sure we focus on your objectives. While many of our solutions provide a best-practices recommendation, we are careful not to make any changes to proven workflows that have worked for your organization.

TECHNOLOGY

Can my IT staff support this software? Does it fit our IT standards? Is it proven? Can we all access it when and where we need to? Will we need additional computer hardware? Will your solution integrate with our existing applications? Will we need to replace this solution in a year or two? Will it accommodate our growth? Can we customize the software?

No one wants to buy more software or technology than is required to do the job. Our approach makes sure that our best-of-breed solutions are optimized without sacrificing scalability for growth.
